RETURNS
You have 28 days to return your item. You will have to cover the cost of the return post. Once returned, allow 14 days to be refunded.
Returning your product:
Securely repack your items so they are safe for shipping. Items must have not been used, or damage and in new condition with original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Items that were shipped from our warehouse, return your parcel to:
Burnside E-Commerce Fulfillment, Burnside House, Cambridge Road, Middlesbrough, TS3 8AG.
3. Send your parcel back using your preferred postal or courier service, please note that postage will be payable. We do not offer a free returns service for unwanted items.
4. For peace of mind, we encourage you to use a tracked mail courier service to return your product(s), and keep a receipt showing proof of return. Allow 14 days from the date of return for this to be credited back to your original payment method.
If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Service team (Enquiries@flowaerodynamics.com) and provide images of both the item and the fault.
If you have a product you will be asked to provide the following photos:
- Photo showing any damage from a selection of angles
- Box showing the shipping labels
- Description of how and where the damage occurred.
During cases where the fault is difficult to demonstrate on a photo we may need you to send a short video demonstrating the fault.
Other important information related to returns
- All items are inspected upon return, if we don't find a manufacturing fault and is simply due to wear and tear, we will return the item to you.
- If there is an issue or imperfection with the item received, please contact the Customer Service team for help, providing full and clear details of the issue.
- For items that do not fit, or other 'change of mind' scenarios, you will need to cover the return cost. Our Customer Service team will not be able to offer a free return service for you.
- Returns are processed on a per-order basis, so if you are trying to return multiple orders, please return them separately to avoid issues or delays with processing.
- All returns are inspected upon receipt. Our team can reject and return a product if it is identified that the product has been abused.
REFUND
We try and process all returns as quickly as possible for you to get your refund. If you arranged your return on our returns portal you should receive a 'Your return has been received' email within a week of having returned the item but it takes longer sometimes.
Please allow up to 14 days for your items to be inspected and any refunds to be issued. You'll usually be able track the progress of your return, if you have tracking details from the carrier.
You will be sent an 'Order cancelled' email once the refund has been processed, this can take between 2-5 working days to show in your account. Any refunds will be refunded to the same payment method you used when you placed the order. Please allow 7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
No customs or import taxes will be charged.
Note for orders shipped to island territories please ensure you select the full delivery destination country before ordering to ensure the correct taxes are applied. This will apply to New Zealand Island Territories.
Items shipped to any other destination
Orders shipped outside of the UK, Australia, New Zealand may be subject to custom and import taxes. This is dependent upon the local laws of the destination country. Any additional costs incurred at the border will be borne by the customer.
